Guardians are so negligent, they are incapable of informed consent + criminal medical battery of grandma

heirship
lack of informed consent

If you do not know enough about the elderly or incapacitated person to make appropriate medical decisions for them without asking independent questions, you are committing a criminal act unless IT’S A DIRE EMERGENCY. THEN, you are treated as a good Samaritn. I submitted this brief to the Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC) and argued it before the state in 2014. It was absolutely right and they were absolutely scrambling with pants below legs. It’s not my fault some attorneys choose to fly blind when I have a pair of glasses.
